2026 Oahu Mixed 18 & Over League

League Overview

This is a mixed doubles league for men and women 18 years of age and older. A player must be 18 years of age prior to joining the league. The league season is January - March. 

The NTRP levels of play are combined 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0. The NTRP difference between doubles partners may not exceed 1.0, and the combined NTRP level of the doubles partners may not exceed the level at which the team is competing (i.e., 7.0 doubles partners could be a combination of two 3.5 players, or a 4.0 player with a 3.0 partner, or a 3.0 player with a 3.5 partner). The 5.0 division does not advance to a Sectional or National Championship. It only has local play on Oahu.

For all divisions except 5.0, a team match consists of three (3) mixed doubles. The match format is best of 2 tiebreak sets with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set and ad scoring. The switching of sides for service during any tiebreak shall follow the Coman Tiebreak Procedure. 

For the 5.0 division, a team match consists of two (2) mixed doubles. The match format is best of 2 tiebreak sets with a 10-point tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set and ad scoring. The switching of sides for service during any tiebreak shall follow the Coman Tiebreak Procedure. 

The minimum number of players on a team is 6 (3 men and 3 women who can combine and play), maximum 16 players. 

New for 2026! There will be a 5.0 division. A team match consists of two (2) mixed doubles. The minimum number of players on a team is 2 men and 2 women who can combine and player and no maximum. This division will not advance to Sectionals or Nationals, but results from matches played will be included in the year-end NTRP rating calculation.

The league fee is $28.15 per player.

League Timeline

  • Team Registration: November 4, 2025 - December 7, 2025
    Click here to register and obtain a team number. After the form submission, the coordinator will send you your team number.

  • Player Registration on TennisLink: December 5, 2025 - January 3, 2026 at 6:00 pm HST
    Notify the Coordinator of any player with a pending self-rate appeal.

  • Minimum Roster Deadline: December 14, 2025
    Four (4) players for 5.0, and six (6) players for all other divisions. Requests for deadline extension should be emailed to the Coordinator before the deadline.

  • Refund Deadline: January 3, 2026
    Email refund requests to the Coordinator. The $3.15 TennisLink fee is non-refundable.

  • League Season: January 4, 2026 - March 29, 2026
