Kauai Junior Leagues
About Junior Tennis Team (JTT)
Junior Team Tennis (JTT) is a youth tennis league for players 9-18 that combines the fun of playing tennis with the character-building aspects of team sports. Each JTT program runs over several weeks. Teams consist of boys and girls. Each team participates in both practice and match play together, including singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. JTT is a mixture of a fun and competitive environment where kids learn that working together is a key to success.
About Junior Team Tennis for Kids (JTTK)
Junior Team Tennis for Kids (JTTK) was created for younger kids ages 6-12 to play in a team environment with other players of a similar level. The JTTK league is designed to help younger players comfortably adapt to league play. JTTK also uses larger and softer tennis balls to accommodate kids who are just starting to compete.

2021 JUNIOR COMPETITIVE STRUCTURE CHANGE!
A new, simplified USTA Junior Tournaments structure took effect in January 2021! After extensive research, including feedback from our players, we developed these standardized systems to provide greater consistency and more opportunities for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. Here is everything you need to know about this new system.
THE NET GENERATION PLAY TRACKER
(Formerly known as Youth Progression)
On January 1, 2021, USTA Youth Progression will be transitioning to USTA.com within your profile, and with that comes an exciting new look. The Net Generation PlayTracker is for players aged 5-10 and their parents to track progress at USTA competitive events, all in one place. Using the American Development Model (ADM) framework, players and parents will learn more about the recommended development pathway and earn digital incentives along the way.
